Coronation Street and Emmerdale’s Lisa and Aaron stars spotted working together before and fans may have missed it

Coronation Street and Emmerdale stars Vicky Myers and Danny Miller have shared the screen together before – but fans may not have realised.

Having taken on the first of a series of exhilarating night shoots, it’s been revealed that the two actors are set to be involved in the upcoming crossover between the two ITV soaps.

Corrie fans know that Lisa’s life on the cobbles has been thrown into chaos these last few weeks after the return from the dead of her police wife ex Becky.

As the milestone episode, commissioned to launch ITV’s new Soaps power hour schedule which will see each soap air for 30 mins every weeknight, approaches, viewers will be more convinced than ever that there’s a more sinister side to Becky lurking beneath.

Meanwhile, over in the Dales, Danny’s character Aaron has seen off his ex husband, killer John Sugden, but just as things were looking back on track with the love of his life, Robert Sugden, Robert’s secret prison husband, Kev, turned up.

And it’s safe to say things aren’t going to be straightforward for this couple anytime soon.

The group’s original post featured a clip of the two soap stars on-screen together, with the message: “Back in 2020, Emmerdale actor Danny Miller released his directorial debut, a short film called ‘Pace’, about a party that gets out of hand. It starred Siobhan Finneran… and another face you might just recognise… @VixMyers.”

The standalone episode, set to be dubbed ‘Corriedale’, will see the residents of Weatherfield join forces with their Yorkshire neighbours in an action packed hour of drama.

Corriedale will air on ITV, STV, ITVX and YouTube in early 2026, and will herald the start of the new soap power hour schedule, with each show screening 30 minute episodes every weekday, Emmerdale at 8pm, followed by Coronation Street at 8.30pm.
