Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley shared a moving moment on the cobbles as she was able to take her two children to visit the iconic set.
It was revealed in August that the actress would be returning to the ITV soap as blonde bombshell Eva Price after seven years away.
Fans will recall that Eva first arrived on the cobbles in 2011 when her mother, Stella, played by EastEnders legend Michelle Collins, took over the beloved Weatherfield boozer and told Leanne Battersby that she was her biological mother.
Despite initial resentment on both sides, the sisters became very close and when Stella left the Street in 2014, Eva moved into 18a Victoria Street with Leanne and her step-son, Simon Barlow and she quickly made a life for herself on the cobbles.
However, drama ensued and later, Eva left Weatherfield in 2018 when she decided to move to France with her young daughter, Susie Price, following the devastating suicide of her little girl’s father, Aidan Connor.
But after several years away, Corrie confirmed that Cath will reprise her role in the long-running show this autumn as the new landlady of the Rovers Return – and she’s bringing her new family with her.

While much hasn’t been given away about how Eva will come to be back behind the bar and the drama she and her new family may bring, Cath has been sharing snaps from the Corrie set as she settles back into life in Weatherfield.
In her latest post, the soap star could be seen sporting a classic power suit as she posed for some snaps in her dressing room. But the adorable moment came when she revealed her children had joined her on the famous set, with youngest, Iris, not even born when her mum last appeared in Corrie.
Sharing the photos on Instagram, including the one of her little ones Teddy and Iris, who she shares with her husband Tom Pitfield, as well as others from her life lately, she wrote: “Eva’s been Diva-ing. Small humans on cobbles. Eating. My little bestie. Training but missing my blaze partner @jadegrant24.”

And it was the Eva update fans were most excited about. @swarlaxconnor said: “Can’t wait for Eva to be back!!” @jordsdanx commented: “She’s bringing all the diva energy back with her!!”
