Once again, the action is split between Genoa City and Los Angeles this week on Young and Restless, and things are about to get dangerous in both locations. At home, Victor’s making moves, which apparently aren’t sitting well with his son, and Holden is clearly holding onto secrets he hasn’t shared with Claire. And over in L.A., as teased in the latest promo, things are about to get a lot more serious, and Mitch AKA Matt is smack dab in the middle of it! Of course he is!

What Didn’t Holden Tell Claire?

After Claire and Holden hit the sheets, he finally told Claire about his past with Audra. He claimed he met her while working at The Shadow Room, and Audra had picked the pocket of a very dangerous man. Mitch stepped in to protect her, and she fled town, and he never saw her again until Genoa City. Well, at least that’s the story he told Claire, but what didn’t he tell her? Coming up, Holden tells Audra he confided in Claire so she didn’t dig into what really happened!

What’s Victor’s Endgame?

Cane tried to offer Victor a deal not to use the stolen AI software, but his offer may have come too late! Next week, Adam tells Chelsea that Cane will likely be out of business by the end of the week, and she notes he doesn’t seem very happy about that. Maybe because he knows his father is going to go after Jack, too, and won’t reveal his plan to his son?

What’s Noah Hiding?

In L.A., after spotting her old high school bully and rapist, Matt Clark, aka Mitch, he tried to claim to Sharon that it was a case of mistaken identity. He tried to play the same game with Nick, who slugged him and warned him to stay away from his family. Of course, that only made Sienna all the more curious about Mitch’s connection to the Newmans.

Noah’s bandages came off, but he still couldn’t recall what happened the night of his accident. However, it was becoming clear to his parents that Matt was somehow involved. But it gets more complicated, as Sienna is clearly very involved too, at least romantically with Noah!

Coming up, Nick witnesses a tender moment and a kiss between Noah and Sienna, and confides in Sharon about it. They ponder how long this has been going on and whether Mitch/Matt knows about it. It’s probably safe to say he does, as Matt is giving Detective Burrows orders to nix the guard at Noah’s door!
