“General Hospital’s” Adrian Anchondo Confirms He’s Dating “Days of Our Lives’” Colton Little: ‘Christmas Made My Heart Pop’

On Dec. 30, General Hospital star Adrian Anchondo confirmed he’s dating Days of Our Lives actor Colton Little by posting several sweet photos and videos to Instagram of them spending time together in Puerto Rico and Florida over the holidays.
“This Christmas made my heart pop 🥹,” Anchondo wrote in his caption. “Thank you Puerto Rico and Florida 🐸”
On his Instagram Stories, Anchondo, 42, posted a video of himself and Little, 36, sharing a midnight kiss on New Year’s.
In another Instagram, Anchondo called 2025 “one of the most important years of my life,” from “getting my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, to fulfilling a dream of working as a regular on a tv show.”
“I traveled the world, I lost people I’ve loved and found new love, battled my depression and anxiety, and pushed myself further than I thought possible,” he wrote. “I’m proud of myself and am so ready for what this next year will bring. Sharing my photos and videos to all of you, including some of my work on GH since it shaped so much of this year. Love to you all.”
Anchondo plays Marco Rios on GH, and Little plays Andrew Donovan on Days.
Both of the actors have spoken about what it means to play LGBTQIA+ characters on their respective soaps.

Speaking of his character’s onscreen romance with Van Hansis’ character Lucas Jones, Anchondo told Soap Opera Digest in April that there’s an “added pressure” in that “we are one of the representations of a gay couple.”
“Well, we’re not a couple yet, but there is an added pressure of doing it right and representing the community in a certain way and also fighting against the political climate right now and how we’re viewed in the media,” he said. “So, I really hope that we will be really good to each other!”

Little’s Donovan, meanwhile, married Paul Narita’s character Christopher Sean in Days‘ first same-sex wedding.
“I’m very grateful, as an actor, that this show has given me steady work for three years,” Little wrote on his Instagram Stories in June. “I’m also grateful, as a gay man, I had the chance to show LOVE in a way that is authentic to my experience.”
“Teenage Colton, who was suicidal and felt isolated and scared, needed to see representation like this,” he continued. “I’m PROUD to represent that for someone who may need it today.”
