SHOCKING REVELATION: THE DARK SUGDEN CURSE UNCOVERED?

Emmerdale‘s Victoria Sugden has pointed out a very awkward detail about some of the soap’s recent and historic deaths. After killing her brother John Sugden, Victoria has continued to struggle and in tonight’s episode, she came to a terrifying realisation about her family.

Viewers know that a traumatised Victoria killed John in an act of self-defence in a dramatic cliffhanger that aired at the end of the special Corriedale episode.

Since then, she has struggled with her guilt and is slowly becoming a shadow of her former self. In tonight’s episode, she continued to worry.

Speaking to Robert, Victoria said she was worried that all of her siblings are killers and that she feared her son Harry could turn out that way too.

When Robert tried to reassure her that everything would be alright, Victoria said: “Actually, I’ve got a question for you, Robert. John was a killer. So are you. And now I am as well. What is it? Like, something that runs in the family, like bad blood? What’s Harry going to turn into?”

She added: “I am not like you. I can’t just forget. I’m never going to get over this. Ever.”

Back in 2019, Victoria’s brother Robert was responsible for killing Victoria’s rapist Lee Posner. He was also behind the 2015 accidental death of their sister Katie after he pushed her through the rotten floor of a barn.

Their brother, John, accidentally killed Nate Robinson after attempting to play hero and later disposed of the body.

Speaking recently about Victoria’s emotional state, our Emmerdale source said: “John’s reign of terror was at its peak during that fateful night in the woods

“Before Victoria killed him, John had not only drugged her, but he attempted to do the same thing to her little boy Harry too. Vic felt that she had no choice when John launched towards her with a drug-filled syringe in hand.

“Robert continues to hammer home the point that his sister was right to do what she did, but it’s not enough to ease her troubled mind.”

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 8pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
