General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, February 18, reveals that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will face a shocker while Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) potential new job thrills Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will also have some advice regarding Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), so here’s what GH viewers can look forward to.

Since Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is nervous about seeing Maxie following her coma awakening, he’ll turn to Dante for guidance.

Dante may think Nathan should just relax and trust that he has a forever connection with Maxie.

Of course, that could be a problem if this isn’t the real Nathan!

Things may not be quite as they seem despite the proof, so Nathan’s reunion with Maxie could lead to trouble.

Across town, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will realize Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) is struggling with some conflicting emotions.

Lulu is certainly elated to know Maxie is awake, but she’s also worried about her feelings for Nathan and the messiness of all this.

While Laura counsels Lulu, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will support Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) as he wrestles with fears about the future.

Spinelli won’t want to lose Maxie and the family they’ve created, but Brook Lynn may urge him to stay positive and cling to hope.

If Maxie and Spinelli are meant to be, then Brook Lynn may promise that they’ll find a way forward.

As for Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), she’ll push Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) to grow up and get over all this manuscript drama.

Cody and Molly obviously care about each other, so Kristina may think they need to focus on that and move on.

Once Alexis updates Molly on Laura wanting her to fill Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) congressional seat, Molly will think her mom would be a great fit for the position.

Alexis may warn Molly not to get too excited since it’s not a done deal yet, but Molly will definitely like the sound of Congresswoman Davis.

Laura is hoping to recommend Alexis’ name to the governor, but Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) could force a change of plans since he wants Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) to take Drew’s place instead.

As for Willow, she’ll shock Nina when she delivers news on Sidwell’s suggestion.

Nina may not like that the pitch came from Sidwell, but she may get behind the idea of Willow becoming a congresswoman.

Willow may not be sure she has what it takes, but Nina will hint about a “secret weapon” and show some faith in her daughter.
