General Hospital Wednesday Recap: Joss Catches Valentin In Carly’s Attic
Carly discovers’ Sidwell’s safe behind a painting, because that’s obviously where everyone hides their safes. But as she’s about to try and crack it, Ava walks in. Fortunately, Carly’s covered the safe up, and Ava accuses her nemesis of being there to try to get Jenz on her side to break up Lucas and Marco.
Who Wants to Party at Wyndemere?
Jenz walks in and says he didn’t realize Ava was coming over today. Ava wanted to surprise him. His latest painting came in and she came to deliver it.

Jenz explains he asked Carly here to plan a dinner party to bring Lucas’ family to meet Marco, and he hopes Ava will join them. A puzzled Ava eventually accepts, and Carly says it will be an unforgettable evening. A party at Wyndemere? What could go wrong?
Across town, Joss and Marco run into one another at the hospital. She takes the opportunity to apologize to him on her mother’s behalf. He thanks her, but says her mother apologized to them and has had a change of heart about him and Lucas.
Delilah’s Dilemma
Felicia, Chase, and Brook Lynn wait for news on Delilah and the baby. Liz informs Brook Lynn that Delilah needs an emergency C-section, and they’ll tell her more when they know.

Nathan arrives, and Chase thanks him for coming to investigate the situation with Delilah. Felicia decides to check Delilah’s personal effects, and Brook Lynn and Chase have little to tell Nathan, as Delilah only said she was from out of town and didn’t give them a last name. Nathan says he’ll check out where they found Delilah.
In the trauma unit, Liz joins Britt, Lucas, and another nurse. Before they can even get Delilah to the OR, she begins crashing, and Britt says they need to do a C-section now or they both could die.
They quickly get to work, and Dr. Alcot, the neonatal expert, arrives. They get the baby out, she’s not breathing, and Dr. Alcot takes over as Britt and Lucas work to save Delilah.

Dr. Alcot manages to get the baby breathing, and they transport her to the NICU. Unfortunately, Delilah begins to code, forcing Lucas and Britt to use the paddles.
Meanwhile, Nathan takes off, as Brook Lynn and Chase continue to worry about Delilah and the baby. They saw the baby being taken away, but don’t know about Delilah. Brook Lynn feels terrible for her as she had to go through this alone, and she must have someone out there who cares about her.
Back in the trauma unit, Britt is forced to call Delilah’s time of death. Clearly troubled, Britt races out, claiming she has other patients to see. Liz tells Lucas that everyone handles death differently.
Lucas and Liz break the news to Brook Lynn and Chase about Delilah and the baby. Lucas heads to check on the baby, and Brook Lynn asks to see Delilah so she’s not alone. Liz takes them in to see her.

Nathan searches around the bench and the park area where Chase says they found Delilah. He locates her purse. However, it’s almost completely empty except for what appears to be a deck of cards and some perfume.

Charlotte Has a Tantrum
Valentin is rummaging through Carly’s kitchen when he hears someone opening the back door. He runs to hide, and it’s Lulu and Charlotte, who are surprising Donna with some art supplies. Valentin listens in as they talk about Charlotte being grounded for running off in the blizzard.

Lulu has errands to run, so she plans on dropping Charlotte off with her mother so Laura can watch her. Charlotte yells that her dad let her find her way around Prague on her own, yet her mother won’t let her stay home alone for an hour.
Lulu believes that Charlotte is really upset that her dad hasn’t come for her. Charlotte says, “You think my dad left me behind?” Lulu tells her that, on the contrary, her father is staying away because he loves her and wants to protect her
Joss arrives and learns that Lulu and Charlotte are dropping off supplies for Donna. Charlotte says she’ll go put them in her room with a note and stomps off. Lulu fills Joss in on Charlotte being grounded for sneaking off the night of the blizzard.

Charlotte sneaks upstairs to see her dad, and they embrace. He again tells her this must stop, as she can’t keep taking risks coming here. Charlotte complains about how her mother is smothering her, but Valentin says she loves her and knows how restless she can get
Eventually, Charlotte heads back downstairs, and she and Lulu head out.
Other Happenings
Nathan returns to the hospital and runs into Lulu. She is picking up the form on Rocco’s community service hours, and Nathan tells her he’s working on a case. He asks if she’s talked to Maxie, and Lulu says she hasn’t yet. She’s been avoiding her, actually.
Liz finds Britt sobbing in the lockerroom.
Back at Carly’s, Joss hears a strange sound above the kitchen, draws her gun, and goes to investigate.
Curtis and Portia Get New Digs
At Jordan’s place, she tells Curtis it makes sense for him to move in with her. He says he loves being here, but they don’t have to rush into anything. She looks over at the pregnancy test sticking out of her purse.

Jordan asks him again to move in with her. He accepts and says letting her go was the biggest mistake of his life. She says this second chance is a dream come true for her, so they should focus on moving forward.
Later, Jordan manages to shove the pregnancy test in her purse before Curtis can see it. He recalls she went in for lab work and asks how it went.
Isaiah arrives at Portia’s place, and she breaks the news that Curtis gave her the house to keep. Isaiah wastes no time voicing his belief that this is Curtis’ way of keeping her indebted to him. Portia believes he did it as he thinks it’s what’s right, and he’s signing over the house to her.

Portia believes this move means she and Curtis can move forward and coparent this baby together peacefully. Isaiah knows he’s been a little combative with her ex, but he’s decided to give the guy some slack, as it can’t be easy losing someone as wonderful as her. They kiss.
In the Show’s Final Moments
Ava thanks Sidwell for inviting her, and he says he’s invited Joss and Lucy as well. Carly has to get going home and takes off. Jenz tells Ava how exciting it is watching her and Carly spar. Ava notes, “You never know what Carly’s going to do.”

Isaiah tells Portia he’ll miss having her at his cabin, but she says she’ll visit and invites him to stay the night. He asks if that would be awkward for her, but she says she never feels that way with him.
After being asked about her scheduled bloodwork, Jordan tells Curtis that everything is fine and that there is just one more test to run.
In the lockerroom at GH, Liz tells Britt that what happened to Delilah was awful, but she probably saved her baby. She also knows this is the first patient Britt has lost since she’s been back, and it’s always important to honor the people they lose.

In the trauma room, Brook Lynn tells Delilah how sorry she is, and she saw how much she loved her baby.
They leave, and Lucas gives them the news that the baby should make it. Brook Lynn vows to find Delilah and that little girl’s family. Until then, who oh who will take care of the baby? I can’t imagine who it will be…
In the halls, Nathan tells Lulu that together they’ll make Maxie understand how they came to be. As they kiss, Felicia spots them! Maybe if you don’t want people to know about you yet, don’t kiss in public!
Joss heads up to the attic, gun drawn, and finds Valentin hiding out! He has her back to her as she tells him to freeze!

On the next General Hospital, Lulu is shocked by what Felicia asks her. In her kitchen, Carly says to someone, “He respected me enough not to lie to my face!” Justine and Sonny appear to have done the deed, and we see them talking afterward.
