General Hospital Friday, March 6 Recap: Obrecht Exits, Jason Considers Killing Valentin, Carly’s Hot Encounter

General Hospital (GH) recap for Friday, March 6, reveals that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) got ready to depart Port Charles while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) considered an elimination plot.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) also sizzled with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), so here’s how it all went down.

At the Corinthos Coffee warehouse, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) got Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to leave and then blasted Jason for telling Carly about her WSB status.

Josslyn also brought Jason in the loop on Carly hiding fugitive Valentin, so Jason realized they must be working together to get Joss out of the WSB.

Although Josslyn wasn’t going to turn Carly in, she needed Jason to convince her mom to shut down this alliance. J

ason thought Valentin might have to be eliminated, but Josslyn didn’t think that was necessary and just wanted Jason to get through to his best friend.

However, Jason doubted that’d be possible since Carly clearly thought he couldn’t help her and had turned to Valentin instead.

Even so, Josslyn pushed Jason to talk to Carly and convince her to be done with Valentin.

At GH, Britt found Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) waiting in her office, but she called his bluff when he started threatening her for intel again.

Britt finally blurted out that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) was Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) partner, a double agent and that he’d been playing the whole bureau.

After Britt insisted Cullum was sabotaging the investigation and running interference for Sidwell, Brennan wondered if Cullum knew about Josslyn being in the WSB.

Britt didn’t know, but she assumed Cullum would’ve wiped Josslyn out by now if he was aware of that.

Later, Brennan called in a private favor with someone and sought three years’ worth of Cullum’s itineraries and expense reports.

At Carly’s place, she debated with Valentin over whether Josslyn was angry enough to turn her in along with him.

Even if Josslyn would protect her mother, Carly knew she wouldn’t protect Valentin and urged him to leave.

Carly cried over Josslyn’s Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) vendetta and the person her daughter had become.

That led to Carly blaming herself for putting Sonny in Josslyn’s orbit.

Carly also remembered how she came to town for revenge and blew up so many lives.

Now Carly saw that version of herself in Josslyn when she looked at her.

Carly didn’t want the WSB to destroy Josslyn, but Valentin didn’t think it would if Josslyn had the same strength as her mother.

Although Carly pushed Valentin to run, he refused to leave her and got swept in her kiss.

That led to Valentin and Carly heading to the bedroom for a steamy scene together.

At the Surf Lodge, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) joined Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) for a conversation about Fizz the dog.

Kai suggested a workaround that would make Fizz an emotional support animal and ensure his visits to the apartment were allowed.

Since Fizz needed a birthday on the forms, that led to Trina getting a cupcake from the restaurant and singing like it was Kai’s birthday.

Trina wowed Kai, Gio, Emma and all the other patrons with her amazing voice, so it was ultimately decided that she’d be part of Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) open mic night at Charlie’s Pub.

At Deception, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) told Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) that she got close to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) while Maxie was away.

Although Lulu confirmed they were more than friends, she made it clear they hadn’t crossed the bedroom line.

Lulu also assured Maxie that they shut things down once she woke up so that she could choose whether she wanted Nathan or Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).

Maxie wondered if she really had a choice at all and assumed Lulu was the reason things felt off with Nathan when she first saw him again.

In the end, Maxie refused to support the idea of her best friend getting together with someone she loved.

Lulu was hopeful about finding a way forward, but Maxie doubted that would happen.

At Crimson, Liesl met with Nathan and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to deliver some big news.

Since Obrecht was headed to Auckland to be part of a medical conference, she wanted to help Nathan fix things with Maxie first.

Nathan insisted Maxie had moved on and that he was moving on with Lulu, too. Liesl freaked out at first, especially when she realized Nina already knew and didn’t tell her.

However, Obrecht eventually composed herself and decided she wouldn’t meddle by the time Britt arrived.

Britt found out about Liesl’s conference in New Zealand and Nathan pursuing Lulu.

Obrecht privately told Britt that she didn’t have to meddle since there’s no way Lulu and Nathan’s romance would last.

Liesl basically thought that since Nathan was a good man, he’d step aside once this caused problems in Maxie and Lulu’s relationship.

General Hospital spoilers say Nathan and Lulu’s connection will make more waves soon, so stay tuned.
