Emmerdale star Amy Walsh shared some snaps from a recent family photoshoot as she counts down the days to welcome her baby girl.

Amy Walsh made her debut as Tracy Robinson in 2014 who was introduced due to her connection with Sam Dingle after meeting on an adult chat line. Since then, she’s become a full-time cast member and has found herself involved in some of the major storylines this year. After the horror of the Valentine’s limo crash that killed three villagers, Tracy later learned that her ex-husband Nate Robinson had been murdered.

Away from the Dales, Amy is married to actor Toby Alexander-Smith who is best known for his role as Gray Atkins in BBC soap EastEnders from 2019 to 2022.

The couple are expecting their second child, after welcoming daughter Bonnie into the world in 2021. Taking to Instagram, she posted a black and white video set to Nick Drake’s ‘Northern Sky’. In the clip, she could be heard telling Bonnie: “Mummy and daddy have got a special secret to tell you

She went on to say: “Mummy has got a baby in her tummy. A baby sister or brother for you,” as the video showed Amy, Toby, and Bonnie’s hands move to show a scan picture of the baby.

Taking to her Instagram, Amy shared some snaps from a recent photoshoot as she teases the “countdown” for her daughter to be welcomed into the world.

She gushed: “Well, I did it. I managed to squeeze in a little photo shoot of the bump and our family of 3 before we become 4 and I’m SOOOOO glad we did!

“The biggest thanks to the amazingly talented @katiewilliamsphotography – you are so bloody good at what you do! Can’t thank you enough for swooping in so last minute and making this happen in my 39th week.

“The old me wouldn’t have bothered and would feel a bit daft arranging my own photoshoot but I am so proud of my body and all it has done for me growing two humans and I wanted to remember a time I felt that about myself. Also, capturing my gorgeous little Bon and the love she already has for her little sis”.

She added: “Not forgetting a nice pic of me and @toby_alexander_smith, it’s the first family photo we’ve taken since Christmas – says it all. Let the countdown commence…”

Amy’s Emmerdale co-stars were quick to flood the comments with love and support, as Michelle Hardwick penned: “Absolutely stunning! Love you all” and Fiona Wade added: “Aww babe these pictures are utterly beautiful!! Love you guys”.
