General Hospital (GH) spoilers imply that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) may help Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) escape.

While Jason is piping mad that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is wrapped up in Valentin’s drama and hiding him in her attic (no less), during the week of March 9-13, he may get the full picture of why she would do such a thing.

The General Hospital weekly preview shows a clip of Jason storming into Carly’s home, while she’s having a close-up conversation with her new lover, and “Stone Cold” looks outraged.

Of course, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) ratted her mother out to Jason during the Friday, March 6 episode; however, Jason only knows one side of the story in all this.

While Jason and Carly are set to have an explosive confrontation during the Monday, March 9 show, the blonde will give a good reason as to why she’s committed treason.

Jason knows that Carly is desperate to get Joss out of the WSB, and how mad she is at Brennan for manipulating her daughter into this career choice, so while Jason won’t agree with Carly’s action, he may simmer down a bit and understand her motives.

Plus, Jason isn’t a fan of Brennan either, so perhaps he’ll realize that Valentin is the lesser of two evils where Carly is concerned.

If Jason hears Carly’s plan, he’ll insert himself just to clean up her mess.

Although Jason may also like the idea of Brennan finally being put in his place.

Jason doesn’t trust Valentin as far as he can throw him, but in an effort to save Carly from going to Steinmauer herself, he’ll step in and help the duo.

One major aspect of this is helping Valentin escape Carly’s attic and potentially getting him resources so he can go out on the run again.

Jason may even just place him in another safe haven for the time being.

An interesting element to all of this is the fact that Valentin’s daughter and Jason’s son are into each other.

Kissing cousins Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) are enjoying a little teen romance, so Jason’s motives to help Valentin may not only stem from Carly, but Danny, too.

He may want to do all he can to keep his son’s gal pal calm, knowing her dad isn’t in danger, for now.
