A (not particularly veiled) threat is issued, someone is forced to face the potential repercussions of their actions and a grotesque truth is finally revealed next week in Coronation Street.

Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) comes face to face with Rich Pemberton (Jamie Cho), something she’s eager to keep from Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson). When Rich presses Alya to make some shady moves that would deeply effect Barlow Legal Services, how will she respond?

Elsewhere, Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) anxiously approaches insidious stalker Mal Roper (Tim Treloar) in the very same hospital he put him in after standing up for his mum, Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove), Mal’s prime target. With Mal now up and awake, what does he have in store for Kit?

Finally, Eva Price (Catherine Tyldesley) prepares to share the devastating news that Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon) has been grooming and abusing Will Driscoll (Lucas Hodgson-Wale) with her boyfriend and Will’s dad, Ben (Aaron McCusker). Will the Driscoll clan ever be the same again?

With sheer panic etched across his face, Kit advances toward Mal’s hospital room when he’s interrupted by a kind nurse.

The nurse, presuming he’s a family member, informs Kit that he needn’t worry – Mal is incredibly chatty and, upon learning that he’s a police officer, predicts that he’ll have no issues answering any questions Kit may have.

As she leaves, Kit’s forced smile crumbles and he braces himself to enter Mal’s room. But just what is he walking into?

As a tortured Eva stares at a family photo, focussing hard on Megan, she’s snapped back into reality by a hungover Ben.

Knowing what she has to do, Eva steels herself and sits beside him, struggling to deliver the words.
