Casualty’s Cam to be rushed to hospital after devastating attack twist
Casualty‘s sexual assault storyline is going to take another dark turn this weekend, as Cam Mickelthwaite is left fighting for his life following a shock attack.
Cam, who was the victim of abuse at the hands of Jamie Cleveland, has tried to support Siobhan McKenzie after she was raped by Chris Banfield. She asked Flynn Byron to hurt Chris, but Cam managed to convince her that violence isn’t the answer.

But the end of the episode hinted that Cam actually wanted to take matters into his own hands, having found Chris’ address.
In tomorrow’s episode, Cam doesn’t turn up for his shift and Siobhan is worried, before she gets distracted by a patient. Flynn later suggests to her that Cam may have revenge on his mind.
Elsewhere, Indie Jankowski is still reeling from her breakup with Cam, but has to put it to the side to deal with a crashed bus, which has its upper deck torn open by the roof of a tunnel.

Indie and Teddy Gowan are then called back to a low-priority job that Iain and Jacob had to be diverted from earlier. Once they get there they find Cam, covered in blood.
They rush him to hospital as he deteriorates, but will they be able to save him?
