Bec Hewitt’s former fiancé Beau Brady debuts stunning new girlfriend… after speculating his ex dumped him because he ‘didn’t have a Ferrari’

He famously took a stab at his former fiancée Bec Hewitt, claiming she may have dumped him because he wasn’t rich enough.

But it seems Home and Away star Beau Brady has finally found his happily ever after, debuting a stunning new girlfriend on social media.

The actor, 43, who played Noah in the iconic Channel Seven soap from 2000 to 2004, has recently been sharing photos of himself cosying up to Sarah Bonett, a Sydney-based interior designer and mother-of-three.

Last month, the couple took Sarah’s kids on what looked to be a camping trip away, with Beau sharing a photo of himself sitting on Sarah’s lap as they sipped drinks around the campfire.

Beau also recently shared photos of the pair enjoying a romantic ski trip together.

The posts come months after Beau appeared to take a swipe at his ex Bec by sharing a snarky meme on Instagram Stories that read: ‘If you’re ever feeling sad, remember there’s someone out there dating your ex and thinking they found someone special’.

Back in 2010, Beau told Woman’s Day magazine that he regretted ever proposing to Bec, describing it as ‘one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made’.

‘It was just a stupid, young mistake and if I had my time over, I would never, ever have proposed.’

Elsewhere in the interview, Beau took a brutal dig at Bec who, after dumping him, swiftly went on to marry mega-wealthy tennis pro Lleyton Hewitt.

‘I’m only speculating, but in the end I’m still not really sure why Bec broke it off – maybe it was because I didn’t own a Ferrari!’ he mused.

Beau also claimed that Bec started texting and calling Lleyton while they were together and that she disappeared for more than a week before dumping him.

‘I thought there was nothing to it because – let’s face it – I’m a much better looking dude than Lleyton,’ he added.

Beau was killed off the show in 2004 after his character was shot dead by Sarah Lewis, played by Luisa Hastings Edge.

Since his departure from the show and split with Bec, Beau went on to star in TV series The Bill, Wonderland, and hit movie The Sapphires.

He moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting, but returned to Australia in 2007.

In recent years his roles have become less prominent, with Beau shifting from appearing on prime time TV to appearing on the ads in between.

He suffered a fall from grace in 2017 when he was busted with a bag of cocaine at an exclusive Sydney bar.

One year later, Beau decided to turn his life around by enlisting in the Australian Army Reserve.
