Coronation Street’s Theo Silverton won’t be happy next week on the cobbles as he continues to be exposed

Coronation Street spoilers have confirmed what happens next to Theo Silverton on the cobbles and he won’t be happy at all.

Soap watchers will recall that Theo, played by James Cartwright, has been abusing and manipulating his partner Todd Grimshaw, played by Gareth Pierce, for months.

In recent scenes, Theo even manipulated Todd into marrying him by blindfolding him and leading him to a register office, where he was put on the spot and forced to say ‘I do’.

Thankfully, Theo has started to be exposed on the cobbles as Todd’s father figure and co-worker, George Shuttleworth, saw straight through the evil builder.

George has confronted Theo and vowed to protect a terrified Todd, who has denied anything is going on and refuses to leave Theo as he’s too scared to admit the truth.

George has since shared his concerns to the cobbles with Gary Windass also seeing through Theo’s façade as he fired him and confronted him for his behaviour.

Realising he’s been exposed, Theo has started making plans to move to Belfast with Todd, which soap fans have been left very concerned by, as it means Todd will be more isolated than ever.

And now new spoilers have revealed what’s next for Theo and Todd as a huge return causes chaos.

In upcoming scenes, Todd’s best pal, Sarah Platt, tries to save her friend. Waiting to make sure Theo has left, Sarah pleads with Todd to let her in to which he reluctantly hides the doorbell camera and ushers her inside.

It’s not long until Sarah quizzes Todd about why he is not replying to George’s messages to which they hear Theo returning, what will they do?

Later in the week, Sarah shares her concerns for Todd with Christina Boyd and Summer Spellman. Meanwhile, Gary orders Theo to pick up the rest of his tools and makes it clear he never wants to see him again.

On Gary’s advice, Sarah meets up with Theo’s estranged ex-wife, Danielle, who he cheated on with Todd, in the Bistro and asks her if Theo was ever violent towards her.

However, things go from bad to worse when a shocked Todd and Theo walk in to see Sarah with Danielle, leaving Theo absolutely furious.

Following the run-in, Theo returns home and, pulling Todd in for a kiss, tells him that his contract has come through and they’re moving to Belfast on Monday. Todd forces a smile but will he manage to be saved in time?
