Emmerdale’s Isabel Hodgins ‘dreamiest’ milestone following ‘sad’ admission
Emmerdale’s Isabel Hodgins shared the “dreamiest” milestone with husband Adam Whitehead after making a “sad” admission.
The actress joined Emmerdale in 2006 as she made her debut as Victoria Sugden. At the time, she took over the role from Hannah Midgley.
In recent episodes, Victoria found herself choosing between two of her brothers – John Sugden and Robert Sugden.
After believing John when he told the police that it was Robert who had pushed him and Aaron Dingle off a cliff edge, Victoria was determined to cut Robert out of her life forever.
However, when Aaron awoke from his coma he soon revealed that John was the culprit, and continued to share the rest of his husband’s harrowing crimes including the murder of Nate Robinson.
Since then, John fled the country with the help of Caleb Miligan and Aaron has been trying to move on with his life – and with Robert.

Victoria is worried this could all come tumbling down once more when Kev Townsend, Robert’s prison husband showed up in the village, informing Robert that he only has months left to live.
Away from the Dales, Isabel has had a much more positive 2025, and after saying “I do” to husband Adam Whitehead the couple announced the pregnancy of their first child a few months later.
Taking to her Instagram story, Isabel shared a snap of Adam and herself and wrote: “Sad not to be running alongside him but very proud of my running man” as he competed in the Manchester half marathon.
