General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Delilah Wilson’s (Lily Cardone) suitcases recently surfaced since she didn’t pick them up after getting off a train from Manhattan.

GH fans learned Delilah’s last name was Wilson thanks to the luggage tags, so the cops finally have something to go on.

As for what was inside those suitcases, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) didn’t find anything they considered noteworthy.

There were some high-end clothes and baby items, but Delilah didn’t have a phone, laptop or any form of identification other than the tags we mentioned.

However, Dante did spot a piece of paper that could prove to be more important than he thinks.

That paper contained a list of art galleries in SoHo and Chelsea, so that seems like an interesting clue.

We can’t forget that Delilah had a rather unique tattoo that appeared to include a paintbrush as part of the design.

Delilah may have been an art dealer or at least she must’ve had some sort of connection to the art world.

Since Delilah got spooked over the idea of Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) calling the cops, maybe she was tangled up in something illegal.

Delilah could’ve been part of a stolen art ring that pulled off some heists or maybe she’s tied to someone who made counterfeit paintings.

Whatever the case, it’d be a good idea for the police to speak with Ava Jerome (Maura West) and find out if she has any knowledge of someone named Delilah Wilson.

Ava might’ve heard the name at some point since she owns a gallery and is part of the art world as well.

Even if Delilah’s name doesn’t ring any bells, Ava has connections that she could reach out to and try to learn more.

Of course, we shouldn’t ignore the fact that Ava’s storyline lately is all about growing closer to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) through their love of fine art.

Ava has helped strike multiple art deals for Sidwell, so Delilah may have a link to him, too.

Could Ava be the key to solving this Delilah mystery?
