General Hospital star Adrian J Anchondo shared a romantic new photo with his partner, Days of our Lives actor Colton Little, on Instagram this week, capturing the couple in a sunlit moment together.

Anchondo shared the image on Instagram, showing the couple sharing a kiss as sunlight streamed in behind them.

Little joked in the comments, referencing Hilary Duff’s early 2000s anti-homophobia PSA campaign, writing, “When you say “that’s so gay” do you realize what you say?”

Anchondo jokingly replied, “Hillary Duff would be so proud ❤️.”

Fans also shared supportive messages in the comments.

One fan joked, “I hope you have spf 50 on.” While a second user shared, “A blinding love.. 😍😍.” With a third adding, “My real life favorite super couple😍😍”

On Valentine’s Day, Anchondo also shared a carousel of photos featuring the couple on Instagram. “We said we wouldn’t make a big deal about a made up holiday BUT… Happy Valentines Day to my romantic lead, my ride or die cowboy, my real life Disney Prince, and the little boy made for me in the stars. Love you Colty❤️,” he captioned the post.

While Little took to his Instagram to share, “Pinching myself daily and kissing him as often as I can manage 💘 finally found a dork as dorky as me”

The couple went public with their relationship on December 30, 2025 in an Instagram post that read, “This Christmas made my heart pop 🥹
Thank you Puerto Rico and Florida 🐸”.

Anchondo currently appears on General Hospital as Marco Rios, son of Jen Sidwel (Carlo Rota) and Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue).

Meanwhile, Little appears occasionally off and on Days of Our Lives as ISA agent Andrew Donovan, son of beloved 1980s supercouple Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy) and Kim Brady (Patsey Pease). He made his first appearance on the Peacock spinoff Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem, and has since made sparing appearances on the main show.
