Huge BBC Casualty spoilers for this week as big discovery is made

Cam Mickelthwaite (Barney Walsh) remains deeply concerned about Siobhan McKenzie (Melanie Hill) in Casualty this week.

Siobhan was raped by a man called Chris Banfield earlier in the boxset. While she has told the police, they haven’t actually convicted him yet due to lack of sufficient evidence.

It has left Siobhan in a dark place, and close friend Cam really wants to help. Unfortunately, Siobhan ends up snapping at Cam and making a comment about his past, leaving him devastated.

On the roads, Jacob Masters (Charles Venn) and Teddy Gowan’s (Milo Clarke) relationship remains tense. Teddy discovers that Jacob’s complaint against police officer Ashley has been dropped, but it leads to another argument between the pair about racism and institutional bias.

Also, Matty Linklater (Aron Julius) keeps a watchful eye over Kim Chang (Jasmine Byes), curious that she’s hiding something.

He then makes a huge discovery about her when he finds a tray of cupcakes in the fridge has disappeared. Will Kim confide in her friend about her eating disorder?

Here’s everything you need to know about tomorrow’s episode.

Cam reaches a crossroads

Flynn Byron (Olly Rix) is at Siobhan’s installing a doorbell camera on her door. She still believes that the only thing that’ll help her situation is hurting Chris Banfield.

While at work, Siobhan struggles to see men as anything but predators. Picking up on her change in behaviour, Cam points out that he’s never seen her like this.

Reaching her limit, Siobhan breaks the rules and gives Flynn Chris’ address but they’re interrupted by Cam, who wants to know what Flynn is planning.

Desperate to help, Cam tells Shiv that he knows what she’s going through, but she tells Cam that unlike him, she did everything right and it didn’t count for anything. Siobhan tries to apologise, but Cam rushes out.

As her shift draws to a close, Siobhan resolves to make it up to Cam, but she remains unaware that he has found Chris’ address.

What will he do next?

Teddy makes a decision

Jan Jennings (Di Botcher) wonders whether Jacob and Teddy have buried the hatchet, but Teddy is still hurt by the fact Jacob inferred he didn’t understand racism.

Later, Jacob tells Teddy that his complaint has been dropped. An argument between them starts again, as Jacob wonders why this isn’t important to Teddy.

While treating a COPD patient called Joyce, Teddy swaps out her pulse oximeter for his, and she reels to see her sats are much lower than she thought. Jan explains that her pulse oximeter might not be properly calibrated for darker skin.

Teddy tries to push Joyce from his mind to celebrate Jacob’s complaint being dropped with Ashley, but Teddy is wary when Ashley states that lessons have been learned.

Not interested in the institutional bias causing Joyce’s emergency, Teddy calls Ashley out. He says that if she did nothing wrong, why do lessons need to be learned?

Ashley’s ignorance ultimately leads to Teddy calling time on their relationship.

Matty gets close to the truth about Kim

In an attempt to impress the CQC, Stevie Nash (Elinor Lawless) pushes Kim to step up and lead. However, a frail Kim slips up when her vision blurs and she ends up forgetting a pre-alert allergy note.

Stepping out, the noise in Kim’s head grows unbearable when she spots some cupcakes in the staffroom.

As her shift continues, Kim tries to cover as her food noise simmers away.Later, when Stevie mentions the cakes Kim brings into the ED, alarm bells start to ring for patient Nia, who knows her.

A while later, Kim grows overwhelmed mid-treatment and runs out. However, with the toilet occupied, she locks herself in a storeroom.

Following behind Kim is Matty, who wonders what’s going on as he watches Kim shut herself in the room.

When he arrives in the staffroom and notices all the cupcakes are gone, Matty starts to suspect she has an eating disorder.

Will Matty confront Kim?
