This week’s slow burn involves a new fashion war between Steffy and Hope on The Bold and the Beautiful. Ridge’s abrupt and sudden reunion with Brooke will cause the Forresters and Logans to express their feelings on the runway.

New War Reigniting?

B&B has been promising the return of the fashion wars. Meanwhile, Annika Noelle, who plays Hope Logan, teased that her alter ego’s dynamic with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) could change. Noelle doesn’t like to “pit women against each other,” but made it clear their truce won’t last for long.

“There’s always going to be the underlying rivalry. They’re always going to be compared to each other,” Noelle told Soaps.com. “But it opens up to more potential twists and turns if they aren’t always at each other’s throats.”

The shift could change once Steffy returns. Hope and Steffy agreed to get along for Liam’s (Scott Clifton) sake. It turns out that his health diagnosis was all a lie and a scheme for Grace (Cassandra Creech) to pay off her ex-husband’s gambling debts.

Steffy and Hope are likely to call off their truce, especially now that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) reunited with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and dumped Taylor (Rebecca Budig). Hope will support her mom, while Steffy will likely defend hers.

Competing Fashion Houses

In the meantime, Forrester Creations is about to get even more crowded. Deke (Harrison Cone) is a long-lost relative of Deacon (Sean Kanan), which means he’s also related to Hope. He could help revive Hope for the Future on B&B, which could tick off the Forresters.

There are also talks about competing fashion houses. Nick (Jack Wagner) could return with his son, Jack, who works for Forrester International. Meanwhile, Nick took over Marone International. He could convince his son to work with him, especially if he has plans to take down Ridge.

But back to Hope and Steffy. Their friendship was fun to unfold. The two bonded over their shared love for Liam. But that will change once Steffy finds out that Liam wants Hope back, even though she’s engaged to Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor).
