The Bold and the Beautiful has created many famous rivalries, most of which involve siblings. From Ridge vs. Thorne to Brooke vs. Katie, there’s been no shortage of family drama. The show may have its next sibling rivalry now that Deke’s return.

Not So Happy Sharpe Family Reunion

Deke (Harrison Cone), aka Little Eric’s return, was a surprise for everyone. Deacon (Sean Kanan) is thrilled that his son is back, and now the whole Sharpe family is together again. However, Deacon’s big family reunion might not be so happy.

Hope (Annika Noelle) will be shocked by her brother’s return. The last time the two saw each other was when they were children. A lot has changed since then, and the siblings might not be as close as they once were.

For the past few years, Deke has been living with his cousin/guardian, Amber (Adrienne Frantz). It’s unclear whether Deacon had any contact with Deke during his years away. So far, most of Deacon’s world has revolved around Hope. Deacon’s lack of presence in Deke’s life might have caused some resentment in the young man.

While Hope will want to reconnect with Deke, he’ll be hesitant. Deep down, he might blame Hope for taking his dad away from him.

Fashion War

Aside from their dad and their different upbringings, Hope and Deke could feud over fashion. Deke is an aspiring designer who wants to work at Forrester Creations. Deacon said he’d put in a good word with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), who’ll give the young designer a chance.

Since Hope wants to revive her Hope for the Future line, Deke could be assigned to that collection. However, the collaboration will turn to disaster when Deke and Hope clash over designs. Hope has a specific aesthetic she wants for her clothing, but Deke will want to experiment with something different. Their disagreement over the clothes will not only put Hope’s line at risk, but also Deke’s career.

With Deke and Hope’s sibling rivalry heating up, Deacon will be caught in the middle. Although he doesn’t want to, he might have to choose between his kids. Will it be his daughter or his son?
