When Does Yellowstone Return?Yellowstone fans got a small taste of what to expect from its final episodes when the show released a new teaser trailer on Monday (August 26).

A lot has happened since Yellowstone took its midseason break in January 2023. Rumored behind-the-scenes drama and the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes halted production for months.

We eventually learned that once Yellowstone returned with the second half of Season 5, those episodes would be its last.

We also learned that the series lead, Kevin Costner, would not return to reprise his role as John Dutton in the final episodes.

However, there is some hope.  Newly emerging reports indicate that Yellowstone may not end with Season 5 after all.  Some cast members are reportedly in talks to lead a sixth season of the show.
